You call and talk in Italian with the customers of our partners in Switzerland and Italy: appointment setting, sales or support, depending on the project. No experience needed, the language is.

What you do

You talk. We have prepared everything else.

  • You run phone conversations following the script you learn in training: appointment setting, sales or customer support, depending on the project.
  • You log the result of each call in the CRM accurately and completely; quality control checks every successful call.
  • You keep to the tone that has been proven in the market: a confident opening, courtesy, no arguing with the person on the line.
  • You work in a team with a team leader who is there all day.

What we look for

Language and character. Experience is not a requirement.

  • Italian at C1 level or better; we check in conversation, not by certificate.
  • Persistence and resilience to "no": results come from repetition, not luck.
  • Energy and warmth in your voice, patience with the person on the line.
  • Goal orientation: the wish to see your number and move it.
  • For remote work: stable internet and a quiet space for calls.

What we offer

Working hours

8:30am–4:30pm, weekends off

Seven hours of effective work and one hour of paid break. Public holidays off.

Pay

Fixed plus performance bonus

The fixed part grows with your results; bonus above target. Top performers earn up to 3× more than beginners. Quarterly bonuses, raffle, vouchers and trips.

Training

Paid, two weeks with support

A week of theory and simulations, then real calls with a team leader who listens and helps. Beginner status until the end of the second month.

Location

Belgrade or remote

The office in Belgrade or remote work from Serbia and abroad, with the same training and the same standards.

Progression

Badge system and team lead

Levels from Rookie to Master, public results, a path to team leader and trainer for the best.
