This policy describes which data we collect on weconnect.rs, why we process it and what rights you have. It is deliberately short. Serbian data protection law applies; for visitors from the EU the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, and for visitors from Switzerland the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. What data we process and why
Visiting the website
The server records technical data of each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) in log files used for security and troubleshooting. Log files are kept for a maximum of 30 days. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website uses no third-party analytics and no tracking cookies. Details in the Cookies section.
Requesting a proposal (contact form, email, phone)
We process your name, company, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your request in order to answer it and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We keep the data for 24 months after the last communication; if a collaboration follows, according to the contract and statutory retention obligations.
Job applications
Applications are received through the Serbian part of the website. We process name, email, phone, language skills, preferred work location, message and CV (if attached) solely for recruitment, on the basis of the consent given when submitting, which can be withdrawn at any time. The data is deleted no later than 12 months after the application unless an employment relationship follows.
Protecting the forms from abuse
The forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a request comes from a human. This processes technical browser data and the IP address. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse. Further information is available in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
3. Who has access to the data
The data is processed by employees and contractors of We Connect 013 DOO who need it for the purposes above and are bound by confidentiality. Our hosting and email providers (hosted in Serbia) also have access, on the basis of a data processing agreement. We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes.
International transfers
The data is processed in Serbia. Serbia has no adequacy decision from the European Commission and is not on the Swiss Federal Council's list of countries with adequate protection. Serbia is a party to Convention 108 of the Council of Europe and has a data protection law modeled on the GDPR. Where required, we secure transfers with the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (or the clauses recognized by the Swiss FDPIC). If we work together, we sign a data processing agreement with you.
4. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future. Send requests to callcenter@weconnect.rs; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: in Serbia the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, in the EU the authority of your country, in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
5. Security
The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to form data is restricted to authorized people; attachments and messages are stored on access-controlled systems.
6. Data we process for our clients
When we handle conversations with our clients' customers, we process that data as a processor on the client's instructions and under a data processing agreement. The client is the controller for that processing; we will gladly refer you to them.
7. Cookies
This website uses no cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing you need to consent to.

Fonts and videos are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from Google Fonts, YouTube or other third parties. Should we introduce an analytics tool in the future, this policy will be updated and the website will ask for your consent before loading it.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
